NURS 30243 Professional Role II: Member of the Healthcare Team
Prerequisite or concurrent: NURS 20263, 20271, 20363, 20043; ENGL 10803, 20803. This course introduces and explores the role of the nurse as a member of the interprofessional team within the local and global community. Students are introduced to global health care delivery systems and population health principles. The course includes an emphasis on innovative teaching strategies for diverse learners and emerging uses of technology within the healthcare system.
