COMM 40313 Social Media and Personal Relationships
Prerequisites: COMM majors/minors only, or permission of department; COMM 10123 or COMM 10163 with a C- or better; combined GPA of 2.5 in COMM 20113 and 20223; COMM 30163 with a C- or better. Explores history, theory, and research related to interpersonal uses of communication technology. Students will critically examine current forms of mediated interpersonal communication in light of the history of communication technology. Students cannot receive credit for both COMM 30233 and COMM 40313.
