COMM 30293 Training & Development
Prerequisites: COMM majors/minors only, or permission of department; COMM 10123 or 10133. The purpose of this course is to introduce students to training and development in organizational settings. Students will learn the art and science of designing, delivering, and assessing training programs. Emphasis will be placed on teaching communication skills to adult learners and exploring potential career opportunities in training and development.
