COMM 30253 Intercultural Communication
Prerequisite: COMM majors/minors only, or permission of department; COMM 20113 and COMM 20223. This survey course examines the influence of culture on our communicative interactions with others. Emphasis is placed on identifying the relationship between communication and culture, developing intercultural communication competence, and understanding the elements that constitute and separate cultures.
