SCIE 20603 Introduction to Global Health
This course will introduce students to critical global health concepts including the determinants of health, the measurements of health status, the importance of culture to health, the global burden of disease, key risk factors for different health conditions, demographic and epidemiological transitions, and the organization and functions of health systems.
