SCIE 10303 Life, Death and Sustainability
This course explores the interplay between science, engineering, technology and health care. Students will leave the course with a better understanding of the diseases that plague the American population, the treatment/intervention strategies, and some of the economic and ethic issues associated with the choice. This working knowledge offered is intended to make students better health consumers and self-advocates.
