FREN 30073 Introduction to Composition
Prerequisite: FREN 20063, with a grade of C- or better, or permission. This course introduces students to basic elements of style and academic writing in French. Students will learn to write short personal narratives, reviews, expository and persuasive essays, and critical analyses of literary and non-fiction texts. In addition , students will begin to explore the characteristics of writing for the Web.2.0 environment. Not open to native French speakers.
