ENTR 40143 New Venture Development
Prerequisites: ENTR 30533 with a grade of C or better and must be a business major or ENTR minor. The focus is on strategic assessment and preparing plans capable of attracting necessary financing for new entrepreneurial ventures. Successful implementation and the preparation and use of pro forma financial statements as a management tool are emphasized. Students will work through the process of developing a business plan for an entrepreneurial venture.
