ENGL 30773 India: Texts and Traditions
Prerequisites: ENGL 10803, ENGL 20803, and at least one 10000- or 20000-level ENGL/WRIT/CRWT course. A consideration of selected classic works of religious and literary imagination in Indian culture. Versions and interpretations of the Hindu epics Mahabharata and Ramayana will be examined in translation.
