DANC 30211 Pilates Practicum I
Prerequisites: Dance Major, DANC 20221 and permission of the instructor. This course is an advanced Pilates course and first in the Practica I-IV series. Content in Practica I-IV is progressive and moves the student toward the completion of comprehensive professional training in the Pilates system addressing skills, theory, history, teaching practice and philosophy.
