DANC 20221 Pilates IV
Prerequisites: Dance major and/or DANC 20211. This advanced level course is
the fourth in the Pilates I-IV series. Through the Pilates work, students engage in practice and analysis of the body in action, and learn to work functionally, efficiently and safely.
