INSC 71050 Leading Supply Chains
This course addresses the challenges of leading supply chain management organizations in complex environments. Students will learn how to manage integrative, cross-functional relationships in dynamic business contexts. The specific focus will be developing business acumen, organizational leadership and communication strengths, and strategic thinking. Students will leave the course with a better understanding of the challenges being faced, how they as leaders need to approach those challenges, and how supply chain management contributes to business success.
