HCHS 70233 Scientific & Grant Writing in the Health Sciences
Prerequisites: HCHS 60021; HCHS 70112. This course is designed to provide students with instruction in the fundamentals of effective scientific communication, including manuscripts, grant applications, and poster and podium presentations. The course will be conducted using lecture, discussion, and in-class activity. In addition to a variety of smaller writing assignments, students will produce one major written product in the form of a manuscript, a research proposal, or a grant application.
