PSYC 20313 Psychology of Choice

This course will evaluate current issues involved in choice, including the debate between determinism and free will, and the paradox of choice. The course aims to provide an appreciation of the interplay between theory and empirical research. This course will cover questions like when we choose, how we choose, and why we regret from a psychological perspective. The goal is for the student to gain a greater appreciation and understanding of the factors that influence choice and choice satisfaction.
