FINA 40613 Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis
3 hours. Prerequisite: FINA 30153 with a grade of at least C- and must be a Business major or Finance minor, or consent of instructor. Investment value based on the present value of expected cash flows. Includes computer applications, the current income tax laws for real estate, mortgage law, sources of real estate credit including primary and secondary markets, government programs, and mortgage loan underwriting.
