EDMS 30013 Professional Roles and Responsibilities
Prerequisite: Admission to the Teacher Education Program The focus of this course will be on philosophical and historical foundations of (U.S.) education with an emphasis on the moral and ethical responsibilities of the school educator. The evolution of assessment and the call (and need) for literacy, from the educator role and responsibility perspective, will also be examined.
