STCO 43143 Sports Communication
Prerequisite: A grade of C or higher in each of the gateway courses; STCO 23113 and 23123; and a combined GPA of 2.5 or higher in these courses; and a C- or higher in MATH 10043 or INSC 20153 (Statistics) or equivalent. An exploration and study of historical and current sports advertising, sports in advertising, licensing, endorsements, team promotion and marketing, and career paths. Students must earn a C or higher in each strategic communication course required for credit toward completion of STCO major degree requirements.
