NTDT 30643 Veganism, Sustainability, and Plant-based Food Studies

Prerequisites: Junior or Senior classification. Priority for enrollment in this course will be as follows: Human-Animal Relationships Minor, Nutrition Minor, Nutritional Sciences Major, all other TCU students. This course will critically examine scientific, environmental, historical, cultural, and societal contexts of the eating habits of humans, with particular attention to plant-based cultures and the ideology of the vegan movement.
