MARK 70760 Services Marketing Strategy

1.5 credit hours. Prerequisite: MARK 60010 or 60011, or permission of department chair. Marketing a service is different than marketing a tangible good. To address these differences, this course focuses on the unique marketing strategies needed for service organizations. Topics covered include strategies for the service offering (i.e., product), pricing, promotion and distribution, among others.
